Senior Project Manager (Maximo)

What you will do

• Define project scope, create detailed work plans, determine resources, and develop schedules in collaboration with senior management.
• Recruit and manage project staff, ensure orientation, and contract consultants as needed.
• Execute the project plan, monitor progress, adjust as necessary, and maintain documentation.
• Establish communication schedules, update stakeholders, and review work quality regularly.
• Monitor budget expenditures, cash flow, and prepare financial reports for management and funders.
• Evaluate project outcomes to ensure deliverables meet time, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Five years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple medium to large projects desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hybrid or home-based in Canada; up to 50% travel per year.
