What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for hirify.global digital banking products.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful client launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Configure products to meet client requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Oversee testing cycles, including UAT and go-live readiness validation.
• Document implementation best practices to continuously improve internal processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of banking systems and digital banking implementations.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital banking conversions.
• Experience working with credit unions or community banks.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and fintech integrations.
