What you will do

  • Maintain, install, and repair hirify.global equipment and communication devices at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctioning hardware and swap failed components to restore service.
  • Manage the transport of replacement parts, tools, and equipment in an organized manner.
  • Deliver marketing supplies and consumables while tracking inventory.
  • Provide basic training to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights or in inclement weather.
  • Must be based in New York State (NY).
  • Ability to pass security clearance, background checks, and drug testing.
