What you will do

• Hire, train, and manage a team of field operations associates.
• Oversee daily deployment and retrieval of the robot fleet to meet KPIs and operational objectives.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robot hardware and software using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to identify pain points and increase operational efficiencies.
• Manage lab and component inventories and document all repair activities in Jira.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the robot fleet to uphold brand image.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, FL (On-site)
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ employees in operations, hardware, or logistics.
• 5+ years in field operations, delivery, or technical support.
• 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical, robotics, automotive, or electronics fields.
• Proficiency with hardware diagnostic tools and documentation software like Jira.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working at high-growth, fast-paced startups.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, testing, or instrumentation.
• Comfortable riding a bicycle and driving a sprinter van in a big city environment.
