What you will do
- Provide personalized, premium "White Glove" technical support to executives, senior leaders, and VIP users.
- Manage and proactively maintain VIP hardware, including laptops, mobile phones, and conferencing equipment.
- Orchestrate and support critical meetings, town halls, and executive sessions both on-site and remotely.
- Deliver Tier 2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams (Security, Networking, Architecture) to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation following ITIL-aligned processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Hoboken, NJ, USA.
- 6+ years of experience in corporate IT Support or Service Desk roles.
- 3+ years of dedicated experience supporting executives and VIPs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms.
- Strong networking troubleshooting skills and polished interpersonal communication.
