What you will do

  • Provide personalized, premium "White Glove" technical support to executives, senior leaders, and VIP users.
  • Manage and proactively maintain VIP hardware, including laptops, mobile phones, and conferencing equipment.
  • Orchestrate and support critical meetings, town halls, and executive sessions both on-site and remotely.
  • Deliver Tier 2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams (Security, Networking, Architecture) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation following ITIL-aligned processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hoboken, NJ, USA.
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience supporting executives and VIPs.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iOS platforms.
  • Strong networking troubleshooting skills and polished interpersonal communication.
