Salary: $137,900 – $184,500 USD

What you will do
- Own and evolve a portfolio of AI-driven customer lifecycle experiences to automate onboarding and support.
- Lead discovery efforts to identify AI opportunities that reduce friction and expand self-service capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and data science to design context-aware systems and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to convert manual workflows into scalable automated solutions.
- Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation strategies for AI performance.
- Utilize data insights and product analytics to guide roadmap decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-powered or agentic AI products in production environments.
- Expertise in AI evaluation frameworks, model performance analysis, and non-deterministic systems.
- Proven analytical capability to interpret behavioral, operational, and model performance data.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
