What you will do

  • Own and evolve a portfolio of AI-driven customer lifecycle experiences to automate onboarding and support.
  • Lead discovery efforts to identify AI opportunities that reduce friction and expand self-service capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to design context-aware systems and agentic workflows.
  • Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to convert manual workflows into scalable automated solutions.
  • Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation strategies for AI performance.
  • Utilize data insights and product analytics to guide roadmap decisions and prioritize initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-powered or agentic AI products in production environments.
  • Expertise in AI evaluation frameworks, model performance analysis, and non-deterministic systems.
  • Proven analytical capability to interpret behavioral, operational, and model performance data.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in the United States.
