TL;DR

Solution Account Manager (Manufacturing): Winning projects by designing system-based solutions to improve customer performance and business outcomes with an accent on consultative selling and strategic account planning. Location: Must be based in the US; travel 25-50% domestically and internationally is required.

What you will do

  • Identify and win projects by positioning system-based solutions that improve customer KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Establish hirify.global as a trusted advisor through early involvement in the customer's buying journey and problem verification.
  • Develop cross-company solutions utilizing various hirify.global brands via a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage sales performance and pipeline using SFDC, Strategic Selling, and Account Plans.
  • Execute selling strategies and professional funnel management to achieve quotas and targets.
  • Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue and maximize share of wallet within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a professional sales role.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Experience in communications and networking projects.
  • Proven track record of operating in matrix environments and medium to large international organizations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals, including funnel management, account planning, and negotiation.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lean tools.
  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology.
  • Experience in a Value Selling process.
