TL;DR

Lead CX/UX Designer (Medtech): Designing and optimizing customer-facing products within the Health Language portfolio with an accent on user journey mapping, flow diagrams, and healthcare data authoring. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month). Must be based in the USA (available locations include Madison, Cary, Coppell, Draper, and Tampa).

Salary: $128,900 - $226,050 USD

What you will do

• Lead the research and design of holistic, integrated solutions for the Health Language portfolio.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, content) and lead visioning workshops to shape strategic plans.
• Drive UX research projects from planning to delivery of actionable insights.
• Contribute to and utilize the company's Product Design System for scalability and consistency.
• Work directly with development groups to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a UX designer, preferably in an agile environment.
• Must be based in the USA to support hybrid office attendance (8 days/month).
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with WCAG compliance and customer analytics tracking tools.
• English: C1+ (Excellent verbal and written communication) required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly payer and provider sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and API integration.
• Familiarity with interoperability standards and protocols.
