Salary: $127,600 - $159,500 USD

What you will do
- Drive strategic evolution of the design system by defining high-impact components, patterns, best practices, templates, and trainings.
- Ensure coherence across experiences through user-centered designs, prototypes, workflows, and quality standards.
- Shape problem spaces, connect design to strategy and customer needs, identify gaps, and recommend success metrics.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders on UI/UX initiatives, aligning teams around shared direction.
- Mentor designers, engineers, and peers on user-centric thinking and system best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Design Systems, with experience leading or contributing to a design system.
- Proven strategic depth in shaping design system strategy across initiatives for SaaS platforms.
- Strong portfolio showing mastery in design process, visual craft, systemic thinking, and component architecture.
- Technical fluency in software development, front-end capabilities, accessibility standards, and cross-platform consistency.
- Exceptional communication to articulate concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in ambiguous environments, mentorship, and AI tools for design iteration and documentation.
