What you will do

• Design new features and improve existing patient and provider-facing apps.
• Develop wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers across the entire product life cycle.
• Elevate the user experience and formalize the internal design system.
• Create marketing assets, landing pages, and growth experiments.
• Ensure consistent brand reflection across all design deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping high-quality mobile and web software products.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating a systemic approach and deep understanding of user cognition.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, and auto-layouts.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and lead discussions with stakeholders.
• Expertise in usability and accessibility for responsive web and native mobile.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing Design.
