What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and mid-market retail partners to maximize the use of 's solutions.
- Develop tailored technical strategies and solutions to drive partner engagement and long-term success.
- Lead onboarding and manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects and strategic initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to advocate for partner needs and influence the roadmap.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives that demonstrate tangible business impact.
Requirements
- Experience in technical account management, client services, pre-sales, or project management in a tech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage high-level client relationships.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, specifically APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- PMP or similar professional project management certification.
