Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and mid-market retail partners to maximize the use of hirify.global's solutions.
• Develop tailored technical strategies and solutions to drive partner engagement and long-term success.
• Lead onboarding and manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects and strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to advocate for partner needs and influence the roadmap.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives that demonstrate tangible business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in technical account management, client services, pre-sales, or project management in a tech environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage high-level client relationships.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, specifically APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• PMP or similar professional project management certification.
