Salary: $91,890–$112,310 base pay annually; target earning potential $166,890–$187,310 annually

What you will do
- Grow the territory by creating and executing smart territory plans and identifying customers.
- Build partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value and accelerate revenue growth.
- Use advanced sales methodologies, including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management, to demonstrate value.
- Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
- Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
- Maintain organized territory operations with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting while collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- Field-based role based in Dallas Proper and will include The Colony, TX
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes/endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market.
