TL;DR

Salary: $62,000 - $78,000 annually + 8% Target Incentives

What you will do

  • Champion and enforce AR collection policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and manage AR collectors, establishing and monitoring weekly KPIs like customer touches and past-due reductions.
  • Resolve disputed receivables through negotiation, escalation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Build relationships with customers and sales teams to support timely payments and minimize risks.
  • Review at-risk accounts, manage portfolios, and drive action plans for overdue balances.
  • Own monthly collection targets, provide training and feedback, and support ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • College diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred, or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable or collections; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Fully bilingual in English & French (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing customer account portfolios and strong customer service orientation.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, AR processes; proficiency in Excel, SAP and Salesforce preferred.
  • Analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills for high-volume environment.
