Fully remote (requires Canadian securities licenses: CSC, CPH, and 30-day CIRO training)

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Take and process member buy/sell orders through the app, writing trade tickets for stocks, ETFs, and other products
• Verify order details, tag correctly, and execute as instructed
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat; confirm identities
• Handle voluntary re-orgs, beneficiary changes, internal/external transfers
• Investigate orders, ensure settlement/delivery, maintain trade records, perform daily reconciliations

Requirements

• Background in customer service in banking or investment industry
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH)
• Completion of 30-day CIRO training program while employed full-time with a Dealer Member firm
• Must be bilingual (English/French)
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, resolving customer issues
