TL;DR

Account Executive (Financial Services): Driving revenue growth within a defined Financial Services Industry territory by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. Focus on developing and executing business plans, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to maximize opportunities for hirify.global products and services.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US. Approximately 25% travel is required. Northern California or Midwest geographic location preferred, but not required.

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global products, services, and approved sales methodology.
  • Develop understanding of industry trends, market opportunities, and pain points in your territory.
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and leverage client relationships to expand accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services, and partner ecosystem.
  • Document sales steps and manage territory forecast in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support VP of Sales in regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred); equivalent experience accepted.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and success with value- or outcome-based selling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge and selling experience in Financial Services space.
  • High intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and passion for customer lifecycle.

Nice to have

  • SaaS software sales experience.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services.
  • Successful selling history in a global company with broad portfolio.
  • Experience driving complex sales cycles in matrixed organization.
