What you will do

• Identify top-tier talent for Engineering, Cloud, and IT using AI tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless interview loops and up-to-date ATS records.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Cloud leaders, providing data-driven insights on hiring.
• Deliver a "white-glove" candidate journey, ensuring professionalism and warmth at every stage.
• Promote ECI's value proposition and AI vision to attract passive technical talent.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering and cloud roles.
• Proven track record of managing 10+ active technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting within the Software/SaaS industry.
• Must be based in the US.
• Prior experience in remote, contract-based roles is highly preferred.
