What you will do

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for Sales and Customer Success roles across global markets.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and target candidate profiles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Engage candidates through outreach, communicating the company's value proposition.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting for commercial roles such as Sales or Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines across global markets (US and/or EMEA experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid workplace).

  • Experience sourcing for SaaS or technology companies.
  • Exposure to hiring across multiple regions or time zones.
  • Experience working in contract or project-based recruitment roles.
