Location: Must reside in one of the following US states: CA, IL, TX, MN, CO, GA, NY, CT, or MA. Flex First approach allowing remote, hybrid, or onsite work (Santa Barbara office).

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year

What you will do

• Review daily deals and track flow metrics to meet ROI delivery SLAs.
• Perform statement analysis and generate ISO Amp Reports.
• Calculate auditable quota credits for sales compensation.
• Ensure deal accuracy in attribution and account data annotations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Legal to structure deals and support negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of Deal Desk or Pricing experience with financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Comfortable navigating in Salesforce.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Industry knowledge of credit card processing Interchange Rates, Dues, and Assessments.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
