Salary: $68,000 - $106,000 (base) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Manage all GTM tech stack, with experience in Gong a huge plus
• Develop and deliver instructor-led courses, webinars for employees, clients, prospects
• Scale customer education programs to boost product adoption
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services to drive content engagement
• Review recorded sales calls from closed deals to improve win rates
• Design onboarding and continuing education programs

Requirements

• 3+ years in software education services, support, sales, marketing at financial services or SaaS company
• Gong, Workramp, or equivalent tech stack experience
• Strong presentation skills and logistical planning
• Knowledge of Wealth Management industry
• Experience managing projects end-to-end
• Recent LMS experience (Articulate 360, Workramp, Lessonly) preferred

Nice to have

• Learning analytics and insights from enablement tools
• Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus
