Salary: $152,000 - $190,000 (base) + bonus + equity + benefits (Canada market range).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a vision and roadmap for the design system aligned with company strategy and product transformation.
• Build scalable systems and rituals to optimize design and development lifecycles for operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate design system into workflows, ensuring technical feasibility and UI consistency.
• Lead adoption of AI-driven workflows, UX engineering, and latest technologies for system distribution.
• Mentor and empower a team of designers, aligning business goals with their growth.
• Evolve documentation, metrics, and strategies for accessibility and adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product/UX Design, with 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Proven track record leading design systems for enterprise/B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling design operations and modular problem-solving.
• Solid technical understanding of UIs, proficient in latest tools; UX engineering/AI interest valued.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills across organization levels.
