Salary: $112,000–$188,200 annually (varies by state)

What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Governance team: hire, coach, develop specialists, set goals, and foster operational excellence.
- Own performance management, governance analytics, and partner with Biz Ops, Finance, and Sales Strategy on efficiency and headcount decisions.
- Govern book of business and partner lifecycle workflows across Best of , Preferred, ShowingTime, and PNE.
- Drive data quality, audits, and controls across Salesforce and adjacent systems with robust frameworks and anomaly reporting.
- Oversee high-volume case work, exception handling, SLAs, triage, and SOPs for governance processes.
- Lead enablement, training, GTM tools administration, vendor/offshore management, and cross-functional policy rollouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical/operational role supporting scaled sales
- 2+ years people management leading high-volume operational teams
- Experience designing, running, and improving policy-driven, auditable, scalable processes with data quality controls.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and GTM tools like Gong, Salesloft.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze trends and drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience leading governance or shared services in ads, marketplace, or SaaS sales.
- Hands-on with Gong, Salesloft, Sonar admin responsibilities.
- Working with offshore/vendor teams, QA programs, SLAs.
- Familiarity with segmentation, headcount modeling, BI tools.
