TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM, Revenue Operations, and Finance leaders on commission plan design and incentive strategies.
  • Develop enterprise incentive strategies and guardrails aligned with SaaS and data-driven business models.
  • Bridge business strategy and platform execution via the Incentive Compensation CoE and Xactly.
  • Perform financial and scenario modeling to assess the ROI, cost, and sustainability of incentive changes.
  • Facilitate high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders to resolve ambiguous or politically complex decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/Incentive Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven expertise in incentive design and GTM economics across multiple revenue models (recurring, transactional, consumption).
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to build or interpret complex cost/scenario models.
  • Working familiarity with Salesforce, ERPs, and compensation platforms such as Xactly.
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
