What you will do

• Support Deal Desk operations for Public Sector and South-East sales teams.
• Host daily Deal Desk office hours and track red deals for leadership.
• Structure deals as trusted advisor to sales reps, balancing customer and hirify.global needs.
• Manage price lists, products, quotes, approval matrix, and playbook in Salesforce.
• Develop guardrails, benchmark sales trends, and translate field feedback to action plans.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Enablement on process changes, rollouts, and training.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing Sales/Business Operations role
• Strong experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office products
• Comfortable with high-volume transactions, change, and fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills
