TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager (Legal AI): Scaling a coordinated operational engine for a legal AI platform with an accent on CRM administration, forecasting discipline, and quota design. Focus on HubSpot optimization, building defensible quota models, and improving forecast accuracy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule required for those within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end, managing data quality, field hygiene, stage definitions, and pipeline reporting.
  • Manage forecast configuration and weekly submission cycles to drive accuracy within ±5%.
  • Develop and implement bottoms-up quota and territory models in partnership with Finance.
  • Build data-driven reporting for stage conversion, ramp time, and pipeline velocity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align GTM operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert-level HubSpot administration skills (workflows, custom objects, integrations).
  • Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence and forecasting platforms.
  • Proven ability to build quota and territory models from scratch.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
