TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (AI Business): Scaling revenue systems, data, forecasting, and processes for hirify.global’s AI commercial organization with an accent on HubSpot optimization, pipeline health, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Focus on building scalable workflows, improving forecasting accuracy, and enabling sales and customer success teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Location: Remote position requiring US East Coast hours. Support Sales and CS presence across New York and San Francisco.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum (San Francisco or New York).

What you will do

  • Own and optimize revenue systems with HubSpot at the core, ensuring clean workflows for sales, renewals, expansions, and services.
  • Build revenue reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models for pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from opportunity to renewal/expansion, fixing bottlenecks in sales, CS, and managed services.
  • Partner with sales and CS leadership on territory design, quota modeling, pipeline health, and commercial enablement.
  • Establish operating cadences, performance reviews, and support change management for evolving AI offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth tech company.
  • Strong hands-on experience owning and scaling with HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, renewals, expansions, and forecasting.
  • Comfort partnering with BI and handling complex revenue datasets.
  • US East Coast working hours required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketing Ops and demand systems.
  • Exposure to AI, data platforms, marketplaces, or managed services.
  • Experience with tools like Jiminny, Customer.io, Census, Metabase.
  • SQL fluency.
