What you will do

  • Define and refine the product narrative and persona-driven messaging frameworks to communicate value effectively across buyer segments.
  • Own end-to-end strategic marketing plans for product launches and major updates.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to optimize traffic, MQLs, and SQLs for pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide assets, messaging, and training that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Influence executive leadership on market trends, competitive insights, and launch strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring teams.
  • Proven expertise in messaging frameworks, persona development, and storytelling.
  • Strong experience in demand generation alignment and performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM, multi-product marketing, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or related experience).
  • Public speaking experience, including webinars and industry conferences.
  • Marketing experience in highly regulated industries (legal, tax, government affairs).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
  • Industry expertise working with law firms or tax departments.
