What you will do

• Develop clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for the platform and its features.
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product releases, including ICP definition and success metrics.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and provide strategic POVs for positioning and the roadmap.
• Create customer-ready assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and demo flows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external agency partners.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the PMM function as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B enterprise markets.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in building differentiated narratives and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach suitable for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
