TL;DR

Head of Operations (Enterprise Management): Operationalizing strategic priorities by translating organizational goals into scalable operating models and performance measures with an accent on systems transformation and process excellence. Focus on leading ERP implementation, optimizing Salesforce, and designing enterprise-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $170,530 - $204,638 per year

What you will do

  • Translate organizational goals into scalable operating models, processes, and performance measures.
  • Lead the end-to-end recommendation, implementation, and adoption of a new ERP system.
  • Strategically optimize Salesforce to support business development and reporting needs.
  • Design, document, and implement enterprise-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to align operational practices and governance.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs via dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business transformation, or enterprise management.
  • Proven success in a COO, Deputy COO, or equivalent role.
  • Experience building SOPs and governance structures in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of finance, people operations, and compliance.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a mission-driven or nonprofit environment.
