Location: Irvine, CA, United States (primarily office-based with domestic and international travel required)

Salary: $175,000 - $205,000 plus up to 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Develop enterprise and business unit strategies, conduct market landscaping, competitive intelligence, and white space analysis.
• Lead annual strategic planning to define 5-7 year roadmaps, build TAM/SAM/SOM models, and create scenario-based forecasts.
• Drive M&A processes including sourcing, evaluation, diligence, financial modeling (DCF, IRR), and execution.
• Manage partnerships portfolio, structure licensing, co-development, distribution deals, and strategic investments.
• Serve as thought partner on high-priority strategic projects and prepare data-driven materials for executive decisions.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in strategy, business development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparables, IRR/ROIC)
• Demonstrated experience leading/supporting M&A transactions or strategic partnerships
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related; MBA preferred
• US work authorization (E-Verify employer)
