What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial and operational advisor to the Practice Leader.
• Lead practice-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Act as a Chief of Staff partner to translate business strategy into tactical execution.
• Partner with HR and Resource Management to align workforce capacity and talent strategy with financial goals.
• Collaborate with Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Sales Ops) to enable practice success.
• Drive strategic initiatives and leverage AI and automation to optimize operational workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience operating at a Director level supporting senior business leaders.
• Strong expertise in financial management, KPI development, and performance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
