TL;DR

General Manager (Proptech): Overseeing day-to-day operations and P&L for a portfolio of parking facilities with an accent on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and partner relationship management. Focus on implementing dynamic pricing strategies, optimizing operating margins, and scaling real-world operations in the US parking market.

Location: Must live in the Western half of the United States (Pacific Time Zone, Mountain Time Zone, or Texas). Remote or based in San Francisco.

Salary: $155,000 – $165,000 + Equity and Bonus

What you will do

  • Own the regional P&L and drive top-line revenue growth through pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational results for each property to implement process improvements.
  • Manage owner-partner relationships end-to-end, including business reviews and contract renewals.
  • Lead a team consisting of a Partner Success Manager and an Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and product alignment.
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing and business development strategies to maximize asset performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Western US (PT, MT, or Texas).
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth startup.
  • Background in real-world operations, management consulting, investment banking, or commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to quickly learn platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and Sigma.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
  • MBA from a top U.S. program is preferred.
