Salary: $155,000 – $165,000 + Equity and Bonus

What you will do
- Own the regional P&L and drive top-line revenue growth through pricing and marketing strategies.
- Analyze financial and operational results for each property to implement process improvements.
- Manage owner-partner relationships end-to-end, including business reviews and contract renewals.
- Lead a team consisting of a Partner Success Manager and an Operations Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and product alignment.
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing and business development strategies to maximize asset performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Western US (PT, MT, or Texas).
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth startup.
- Background in real-world operations, management consulting, investment banking, or commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to quickly learn platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and Sigma.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
- MBA from a top U.S. program is preferred.
