IT Support Specialist

Salary: $32 - $40 (hourly) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Provide in-person IT support for employees and infrastructure in the office
• Troubleshoot complex Mac and Windows issues as escalation point
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
• Develop user-friendly knowledge base documentation
• Administer SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and Jamf
• Coordinate AV systems for meetings, events, and town halls
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement and tracking

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience supporting Mac-centric corporate environments with Windows knowledge
• Confident troubleshooting macOS, AV, network, and peripheral issues
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta admin tools
• Networking fundamentals and live AV/hybrid meeting support
• IT inventory and asset management experience
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
