Salary: $230,000 – $265,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the core hirify.global product experience, including the reading experience, editor, and navigation surfaces.
• Drive multi-quarter strategic plans, aligning technical execution with organizational goals and product strategy.
• Operate as a key voice in prioritization and product strategy in the absence of a dedicated PM function.
• Manage, mentor, and hire a team of senior and staff engineers, ensuring long-term team health and growth.
• Guide complex technical trade-offs between velocity, technical debt, and operational burden.
• Lead the adoption of AI best practices while ensuring accountability for code clarity and system correctness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading product engineering teams with broad scope and significant end-user impact.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, scalable user-facing products.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to drive meaningful results without a dedicated PM layer.
• Experience building inclusive, high-trust team cultures.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to attend twice-yearly in-person offsites hosted in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI to improve a team's leverage, reach, and output.
• Background in consumer products, social platforms, or SaaS subscription businesses at scale.
• Expertise with A/B testing and data-informed product development frameworks.
• Passion for online writing, publishing, or long-form content.
