What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of key technical and AI initiatives within Customer Success.
• Define the technical roadmap for CS tooling, automation, and AI-powered capabilities to improve customer retention and time-to-value.
• Architect and oversee integrations between hirify.global's product suite, CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight), and internal data systems.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical specialists, establishing clear performance expectations.
• Drive the adoption of LLMs and AI-assisted support workflows, including churn prediction and intelligent routing.
• Serve as the primary technical voice for Customer Success in cross-organizational planning and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• 10–15 years of progressive software development experience with active, demonstrable coding proficiency.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI/ML-powered solutions (Agent development, LLM integration, LangChain, OpenAI).
• 3–5+ years of experience managing software engineers or technical teams.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
