Location: Remote within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates should expect to travel at least once a month.
Salary: $211,800 — $291,300 USD

What you will do
- Lead and scale the AI/ML professional services team, including hiring, mentoring, and building team structure for growth.
- Develop executive relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor in AI transformations.
- Align with Field Engineering and Sales to define strategies for strategic accounts and ensure delivery coordination.
- Lead strategic AI initiatives, practice development, and scalable engagement models for repeatability.
- Influence Product, R&D, and GTM with customer insights to inform roadmaps and strategies.
- Own OKRs for AI-services accounts, revenue, utilization, and public references; represent as AI/ML thought leader.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and building teams of data scientists/ML engineers, scaling via processes and leadership development.
- Ability to scope, guide, sell technical engagements, manage escalations, and deliver in enterprise environments.
- Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, data science, and production ML solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven success developing strategy with senior executives for AI transformations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Company-first mindset and experience driving business impact through AI/ML.
