What you will do

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving business objectives and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles to optimize the customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and influence continuous product improvements.
  • Develop and manage accurate weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices through personalized sessions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the UK or Irish markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce, to manage leads and accounts.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
