Account Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts to drive AUM and trading activity.
• Execute strategic growth plans and engagement campaigns to deepen partner relationships.
• Manage QBRs and MBRs for institutional clients, including exchanges and brokerages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and treasury teams on integrations and incentives.
• Optimize marketing incentives and track ROI to ensure commercial efficiency.
• Represent xStocks at global conferences and roadshows, involving 30–35% travel across US, APAC, and Europe.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in Account Management or client-facing roles within fintech, crypto, or capital markets.
• 2–3+ years of experience in crypto, with a solid understanding of DeFi, protocols, and on-chain ecosystems.
• Experience working with institutional clients and trading/brokerage infrastructure (TradFi exposure).
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts in terms of AUM, revenue, and engagement.
• Must be based in one of the following: United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Ireland, or Portugal.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists.

Nice to have

• Experience working with DeFi protocols or on-chain partners.
• Familiarity with Dune analytics, Salesforce, and AI tooling.
• Prior exposure to tokenized assets or equities market structure.
