What you will do

• Own end-to-end renewal process for 2–250 accounts in up to 10 employees segment, managing 10-15 renewals per month.
• Proactively engage customers 60-90 days before renewal, conduct light discovery, and build relationships for retention.
• Navigate MSA contracts, forecast outcomes in Salesforce, address concerns, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on at-risk accounts and maintain accurate pipeline and records.
• Meet renewal rate and revenue retention targets, providing weekly forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role with proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, ability to manage priorities independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making.
• Open to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, compliance, security, or GRC space.
• Previous SDR/BDR, inside sales, account management, or contract negotiations.
• Background in staffing, recruiting, or relationship-driven industries.
