Location: Fully remote, based in the UK or Ireland, with travel as needed

What you will do
- Deliver against sales and pipeline goals while prioritizing outstanding customer experience.
- Build territory sales plans for PerfectScale's Kubernetes optimization technology.
- Partner with Solution Engineering to drive solution-focused sales conversations highlighting platform value.
- Lead customers through the full business cycle, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals.
- Refine customer sales cycles to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing on pipeline generation and capture customer voice.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Technical background in Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems
- High self-discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM management
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, creative, passionate, approachable
- Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving team environment
