Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives focusing on net-new logo acquisition in the Early Stage Segment.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize market presence and revenue growth across EMEA.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to implement actionable productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to coach teams through direct involvement in sales activities, including joint calls and co-selling.
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies and the MEDDPICC discovery framework.
  • Track record of supporting sales teams in building outbound pipelines at scale.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office on a hybrid schedule.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to amplify sales skills and improve efficiency.
