Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives focusing on net-new logo acquisition in the Early Stage Segment.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize market presence and revenue growth across EMEA.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to implement actionable productivity improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to coach teams through direct involvement in sales activities, including joint calls and co-selling.
- Experience with value-based selling methodologies and the MEDDPICC discovery framework.
- Track record of supporting sales teams in building outbound pipelines at scale.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office on a hybrid schedule.
