Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland (requires approximately 50% travel to on-site dealer locations).

What you will do

  • Train and educate customers on integrating hirify.global systems into their business processes.
  • Consult with clients to deliver measurable ROI and maximize the value of the platform.
  • Cultivate long-term professional relationships and develop internal champions.
  • Analyze account statistics and performance metrics to drive customer optimization.
  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously across the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for organic portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
  • 3+ years of firsthand experience working within motor dealer after-sales or vehicle sales operations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and complex projects.
  • Strong commercial savvy and technical aptitude (CRM, dashboards, analytics).
  • Must be available for approximately 50% travel across the UK and Ireland.
