What you will do
- Train and educate customers on integrating systems into their business processes.
- Consult with clients to deliver measurable ROI and maximize the value of the platform.

- Analyze account statistics and performance metrics to drive customer optimization.
- Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously across the UK and Ireland.
- Identify and execute opportunities for organic portfolio growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
- 3+ years of firsthand experience working within motor dealer after-sales or vehicle sales operations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and complex projects.
- Strong commercial savvy and technical aptitude (CRM, dashboards, analytics).
- Must be available for approximately 50% travel across the UK and Ireland.
