What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software and ML engineers in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Define and execute the AI/ML platform roadmap in collaboration with product management, data science, and cloud infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and efficient AI/ML systems.
• Drive platform strategy execution using agile methodologies, ensuring high code quality and security standards.
• Manage tactical execution, including budgets, schedules, and performance tracking.
• Lead the hiring process to attract and onboard top-tier development talent.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven experience leading software and ML development teams.
• Expertise in scalable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience deploying AI models using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, or Azure Machine Learning.
• Deep understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD, and complex agentic AI architectures.
