What you will do
- Act as a technical trusted advisor, providing consultative support to organizations evaluating the platform.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and align solutions to customer challenges.
- Support direct and partner sales teams with technical enablement and product-related expertise.
- Guide prospects through setup, configuration, and technical Q&A during free trials.
- Identify common technical issues to influence product development and automation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to help prospects navigate their Point of Value (POV).
Requirements
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
- Fluent professional English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable presenting to technical evaluators and IT leadership.
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical Sales Engineering or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS, Active Directory, and network architecture.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS).
- Familiarity with MDM, RMM, and MFA technologies (TOTP, WebAuthn).
- Experience with basic scripting (bash/Powershell) and API integration.
