What you will do

• Develop governance standards and policy enforcement for AI-powered features and internal orchestration systems.
• Design workflows for defining, reviewing, and tracking governance constraints at the prompt, pipeline, and infrastructure level.
• Define and implement audit surfaces for AI-generated code and model behavior to ensure accountability.
• Develop monitoring and reporting frameworks for data flows through automated pipelines and LLM tool-use chains.
• Lead cross-functional sessions with engineering, product, and legal teams to assess risk and design scalable solutions.
• Translate complex legal and policy requirements into concrete process steps and architectural needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or technical analysis in a high-scale tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulations such as GDPR and CCPA into implementable process controls.
• Experience designing and operationalizing risk management workflows for technical teams.
• Technical literacy in distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, Cassandra, Redis) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in New York, USA to support a hybrid work model.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience implementing governance controls for AI/ML pipelines or LLM-based product features.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) or AI agent architectures.
• Experience with Policy-as-Code systems or automated compliance scanning.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or Go.
