Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models across business lines, support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Track and analyze performance in lending, payments, and wealth segments, identifying trends and variances
• Prepare reporting materials for CFO and leadership, translating data into actionable insights
• Improve models, reporting, and workflows using automation and AI tools
• Assist with scenario analysis and capital allocation decisions

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, math, or related
• Strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, strong work ethic
• Strong Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or similar)
• Track record of high performance in academics, internships, or projects
• Interest in data, systems, and AI tools; evidence of self-driven learning

• Internship experience in finance, consulting, banking, or analytical role
