$250,000 - $325,000 total on-target earnings (base + incentive) for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do
- Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, closing, renewals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to hit new business targets and expand customer base.
- Navigate complex orgs to build relationships with executive sponsors and champions.
- Conduct discovery sessions, present tailored solutions, create compelling demos.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for win-win deals.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing for customer success.
- Maintain CRM records and foster long-term C-suite partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years full-cycle sales experience, preferably at fast-growing software company.
- Extensive enterprise SaaS sales in AMER region.
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets.
- Field-based enterprise software sales into large accounts.
- Sell into C-level, work across business lines.
- Complex solution sales, closing large deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Builder mentality, thrives in collaboration, self-motivated, handles ambiguity.
