New York, New York. In-person collaboration essential: work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days). Certain teams may require additional in-office days.

$250,000 - $325,000 total on-target earnings (base + incentive) for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, closing, renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to hit new business targets and expand customer base.
  • Navigate complex orgs to build relationships with executive sponsors and champions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, present tailored solutions, create compelling demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for win-win deals.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing for customer success.
  • Maintain CRM records and foster long-term C-suite partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years full-cycle sales experience, preferably at fast-growing software company.
  • Extensive enterprise SaaS sales in AMER region.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets.
  • Field-based enterprise software sales into large accounts.
  • Sell into C-level, work across business lines.
  • Complex solution sales, closing large deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Builder mentality, thrives in collaboration, self-motivated, handles ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Early sales hire or leader at fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS products.
