TL;DR
Account Executive, Mid-Market, Nordics (SaaS): Prospecting and developing new accounts in the Nordic region while expanding usage with existing customers with an accent on building pipeline, generating revenue, and iterating sales motions. Focus on running product demos, driving executive relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to close deals at quota.
Dublin, Ireland. In-person collaboration essential: work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days). Certain positions may require additional in-office days.

What you will do
- Prospect and develop new accounts by educating contacts on 's benefits for collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and iterate on contract renewals to retain and grow usage.
- Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand business challenges, run product demos, and close deals at or above quota.
- Drive executive-level relationships and build playbooks to define sales motions.
- Liaise with users for excellent customer experience and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, solution engineers, ops, legal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company
- Good knowledge and experience selling into the Nordic region
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communicator with engaging presentation skills
- Positive, open-minded attitude and builder mentality in collaborative environments
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with creative solutions
