TL;DR
EMEA Account Executive - Inbound (SaaS): Own and convert new business leads for mid-market accounts (300-1,000 employees) with an accent on consultative sales, building authentic relationships, and delivering value of all-in-one productivity platform. Focus on exceeding pipeline targets, mastering product demos, and optimizing lead generation through collaboration with marketing and growth teams.
Location: Ireland - Dublin Office (Hybrid). Unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.

What you will do
- Own and manage all new business leads for mid-market accounts in EMEA region.
- Convert free trials, marketing-qualified leads, and demo requests into paid customers while exceeding pipeline and sales targets.
- Master product to handle customer service and product questions confidently.
- Deliver compelling online presentations and demos via web conferencing tools.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to optimize lead generation and sales conversion.
- Identify customer segments and opportunities to improve pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship for non-engineering/product roles).
- Demonstrable experience converting net new prospects and growing/retaining mid-market customers.
- Proven SaaS sales cycle expertise with track record of exceeding quota.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Experience completing and leading RFIs/RFQs.
Nice to have
- MEDDICC or MEDDPICC training.
- Experience selling project management or productivity software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, People.ai, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Exposure to customer service and technical support questions.
- Preference for building rapport over aggressive sales tactics.
