TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid-Market, DACH (SaaS): Driving business revenue by prospecting and closing new mid-market logos within the DACH territory with an accent on full-cycle sales and market expansion. Focus on executing product demos, defining sales motions, and building playbooks to scale the founding sales team.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by educating contacts on how to increase collaboration, transparency, and productivity.
  • Hunt and close new mid-market logos within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand prospective customers' business challenges and goals.
  • Perform product demos to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate on building sales playbooks and defining the company's sales motion.
  • Liaise with the user base to provide a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of high achievement in hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Experience working with customers and users within the DACH market.
  • Strong communication, engaging presentation skills, and a builders mentality.
  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and find creative solutions.

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Experience with both direct sales and selling through partners.
  • Experience in quarterly sales planning.
  • Specific expertise in new logo acquisition sales.
