Salary: €65,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Identify and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Research and build accounts by adding contacts and executing strategic calling.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
  • Evangelize hirify.global and the On-Demand model to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Previous experience in prospecting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience working toward sales targets, KPIs, or under time pressure.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
